What payment methods does Meshberg accept?
Meshberg accepts secure checkout methods such as major credit cards, PayPal, and supported digital wallets where available.
Installment options or cryptocurrency payment options may appear only when supported by the payment provider for your location and order.
What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to feel confident when ordering from Meshberg. Eligible watches may be returned within 15 days from the shipping date if they are unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and included materials.
Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct process for your location. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges are set by local authorities and are usually not refundable.

How will my order be shipped?
Preparation time depends on the model you order.
Meshberg 37 Automatic watches are part of our core collection and are typically prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Other watches may require additional preparation time, as every MESHBERG watch is hand-assembled in our workshop.
This includes dial preparation, finishing, and careful final assembly.
Because of this process, some models may require up to two weeks before shipment.
Once your watch is ready, it is shipped via DHL Express, which usually delivers within 3–6 business days, depending on the destination.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to track your package and know exactly when to expect your item.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Meshberg as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the watch is packed, shipped, or prepared for final hand assembly.
Once an order has shipped or a custom or pre-order watch is already in active preparation, changes may no longer be possible.
What if my shipment is delayed?
If there is a delay, Meshberg will provide an updated shipping timeline. Delays can occasionally happen because of final workshop preparation, DHL routing, customs processing, holidays, or local delivery conditions.
Are all Meshberg watches ready to ship?
Some Meshberg watches are ready to ship quickly, while others may require final workshop preparation or may be offered as a limited pre-order. The active product page is the source of truth for availability, preparation time, and shipping expectations.
Why can prices or availability change?
Meshberg watches are produced in small batches, so availability, dial options, and pricing can change between releases. The current product page shows the active price and order conditions.
When will my watch be shipped?
Ready-to-ship Meshberg 37 Automatic watches are typically prepared within 1-2 business days. Watches requiring additional workshop preparation, custom work, or pre-order fulfillment may take longer. The product page and your order updates will show the most relevant timing.

Do you offer a warranty?
Meshberg provides a 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects in the watch movement from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover theft, loss, accidental damage, shocks, dents, unauthorized service, misuse, or normal wear.
